Which garden design service do you require?

OPTION 1: Garden survey to be completed by client and forwarded to Oxbow.
Oxbow to draw up three different sketch proposal designs - all to scale (see example page), a full planting schedule, and costing breakdown for construction. The designs will be completed and returned via post within 31 days. No site visit included

Advantages include three designs that provide lots of ideas, the client can pick one design or elements from all the designs. The client can use the designs to obtain quotes from local landscape companies and use the costing to compare against received quotes.

COST £500.00 plus VAT


OPTION 2: Garden survey to be completed by client and forwarded to Oxbow.
Oxbow to draw up three different sketch proposal designs - all to scale (see example page), and return copies of the three designs to the client. After a telephone consultation to discuss the three designs, a final plan is drawn up, along with a full planting schedule, and costing breakdown for construction. The initial sketch designs will be completed and returned within 31 days. The final design will be completed and returned via post within 14 days. No site visit included

Advantages include three designs that provide lots of ideas, the client can pick one design or elements from all the designs. The telephone consultation allows for the designs to be taken to the next level of refinement and the final design is something the client has had the opportunity to contribute towards. The client can use the designs to obtain quotes from local landscape companies and use the costing to compare against received quotes.

COST £850.00 plus VAT


OPTION 3: Garden survey to be completed by Oxbow.
Onsite consultation with client, survey details collected. Oxbow will then draw up tree different sketch proposal designs - all to scale (see example page). We will then arrange a second meeting to discuss the sketch designs. After that meeting the final design is drawn up, along with a full planting schedule, and costing breakdown for construction. The initial sketch designs will be completed and returned within 31 days. The final design will be completed and returned via post within 14 days. Two site visits included.

Advantages include the opportunity for the designer to visit your garden and spend time in the space. This will ultimately give the designer a better feel for the garden and its relationship with the property and wider landscape / properties. The service includes three designs that provide lots of ideas, the client can pick one design or elements from all three designs. The second meeting allows for the designs to be taken to the next level of refinement and the final design is something the client has had the opportunity to contribute towards. The face to face consultations on site allow for a better understanding of the proposals and how they relate to the actual space. The client can use the final design to obtain quotes from local landscape companies and use the costing to compare against received quotes.

COST Start at £1200.00 plus VAT Depending on size of garden and distance of travel required.
